Policies

For first-time visits, bare hands are preferred.
Soak-offs should be requested at the time of booking.
Extra $10 charge if soak-offs weren't booked prior to the appointment.
Please book accordingly as appointments may take from 1.5 - 4 hours, depending on the design.
The address will be sent via email a day before the appointment.
Text upon arrival of appointment time.
No extra guests unless they are also being serviced.
Silent appointments are offered.

New clients, please DM @sanrihoenails on Instagram for the booking password.
A $25 Non-Refundable deposit required for all appointments to secure your appointment (Zelle or
Venmo).
Appointments will be not accepted until a deposit is received and a screenshot is sent to @sanrihoenails via Instagram.
If a deposit is not sent within 24 hours of booking, your appointment will be canceled.
The remaining balance is paid in Cash (preferred) or Zelle.
Limit ONE reschedule per deposit.
Reschedule must be made within 3 weeks or a new deposit is required.
